The area’s great year-round weather and beautiful countryside lend themselves perfectly to many such outdoor pursuits. While many of the options listed below may only be suitable for older children, there are also ideas for keeping the whole family entertained.

Here though, we are taking a look at some of the best adventure activities for kids in Costa Blanca, organised by location. This includes such things as the best quad biking, rock climbing, water activities and paintball. Hopefully you can find something to keep your own thrill-seeking kids well entertained.
Best Adventure Activities for Kids in South Costa Blanca
#1 Costa Blanca Quad Tours, Torrevieja
Activities: Quad Bike Tours, Segway Tours, Boat Charter
Hire: Stand Up Paddleboard, Inflatable Kayak, Sea Scooter, E-Bike
Operating out of their new shop premises by the beach in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca Quad Tours offer a range of adventurous activities. Paddleboards, kayaks, e-bikes and sea scooters can be hired directly from their shop for fun at the beach and surrounding area. Segway tours along the seafront are also offered.
For those wanting to try the quad bike tours, the action switches to their inland finca location close to Torremendo. The tours take riders on a scenic and adrenalin-fueled trip through the countryside, with lake views throughout. Children can accompany an adult as a passenger, providing they are a minimum of 7 years old.
#2 Lo Rufete Adventure Park, San Miguel de Salinas
Activities: Quad Biking, Horse Riding, Zipwire, Water Zorbing, Inflatable Football, Paintball, Mini-Golf, Playground with Giant Slide & Scramble Net
Based between San Miguel de Salinas and Torremendo, in the south of Costa Blanca, sits Lo Rufete Adventure Park. Offering a large variety of activities, there is something for all of the family to enjoy.
Adults and older children can amuse themselves with quad bike or horse riding tours through the surrounding countryside, while younger children can be kept entertained by the zipwire, water zorbing and playground, amongst other things.

#3 Sun Sea Adventures, Cabo Roig
Activities: Stand Up Paddleboard Hire & Lessons
Operating out of the marina at Cabo Roig beach, Sun Sea Adventures offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) hire and lessons. The sheltered nature of the bay at Cabo Roig means that the sea is often calm and therefore makes the perfect location for learning to paddle board.
The lessons are only suitable for adults or older children. They are taken by friendly and helpful instructors who will be sure to get you standing up and paddling around in no time. You might even find yourselves doing some tricks by the end of the session!
#4 Motor Rent, Cabo Roig
Activities: Dirt Buggy, Quad Bikes, Jet Ski
With offices in Cabo Roig and Torrevieja, Motor Rent specialise in dirt buggy and quad bike tours, as well as organising jet ski hire. The dirt buggy and quad bike tours take groups on 1, 2 or 3 hour tours, with the longer tours driving inland to the reservoir at Torremendo to enjoy some off road driving and viewpoints.
Children as young as 4 are permitted to be a passenger with an adult driving in the dirt buggys, ensuring a fun day out for all the family.
#5 La Bocana Wake Park, Torrevieja
Activities: Water Ski, Wakeboarding
Operating out of the main marina at Torrevieja, La Bocana Wake Park has a fixed, motorised cable for water ski and wakeboarding. Equipment hire and lessons are also offered.
Physically able adults and kids are both welcome to come and give the cable tow a go. The cable is better suited towards beginners. Next to the wake park is a nice restaurant where you can watch the action.
#6 Tourismo-multiaventura, Crevillent
Activities: Rock Climbing, Via Ferrata
With both artificial climbing walls and guided tours to natural rock locations, Tourismo-multiaventura is the place to go for anyone wanting to have a go at rock climbing.
It is possible to hire the necessary equipment. For anyone wanting to try a more accessible style of climbing, having a go at a via ferrata is a great introduction to climbing that can also be done with children (under close supervision). It works by climbing a course of metal staples, rope bridges and other features that are fixed to the rock, a bit like an elaborate ladder, while being safely roped at all times.
#7 Multiaventura, Elche
Activities: High Ropes, Giant Zip Slide, Rock Climbing, Boat Rides, Archery
Located in the beautiful setting of the UNESCO World Heritage palmery in Elche, itself one of our best parks and playgrounds for kids in Costa Blanca, is Multiaventura.
With several high ropes adventure circuits suspended amongst the trees, there are courses for people people of all abilities. In addition to these circuits, there is also a giant 220m long zip slide, as well as archery, boat rides on an artificial lake, and a multi-faced rock climbing tower. There is also a full restaurant serving mediterranean cuisine.
It is worth noting that all activities must be booked in advance. You cannot just turn up on the day. Reservations can be made through their website, with any age/height/clothing requirements clearly listed. Combination tickets for several activities can also be purchased.
#8 Algorfa Recreation & Tactical, Montebello
Activities: Paintball, Airsoft, Air Rifle Galleries
Located just off the AP-7 autoroute outside of Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa Recreation & Tactical provides an urban style space for paintball and air rifle shooting in an old deserted warehouse unit.
The great staff and interesting surroundings are sure to make for a fun and challenging day of shooting-based activities for older children and adults alike.

#9 TirolinasGo, La Nucia
Activities: High Ropes Course and Zipwires
Set in woodland just outside of Benidorm, is the TirolinasGo high ropes centre. Expect a variety of different obstacles spanning the trees high above the ground. Don’t look down! The challenge is perfect for both adults and children.
As well as the different walkways and obstacles, the course is also equipped with numerous zipwires to zoom down. The longest of these is an impressive 300m in length!

#10 Cable Ski, Benidorm
Activities: Water Ski & Wakeboarding Cable and Lessons
Conveniently located right on Levante Beach in Benidorm, Cable Ski Benidorm has a fixed motorised cable in the sea used for water ski and wakeboarding.
All equipment that is needed can be hired and for those who require assistance, a variety of lesson options are also available. Both adults and children (who are physically able) are able to take part.
#11 Outdoor Deporte Aventura, Alcoi
Activities: Bungee Jumping
Admittedly only suitable for adults (those who remain young at heart), Outdoor Deporte Aventura offers bungee jumping sessions from the multi-arched bridge in Alcoi, a drive inland from Benidorm. It is not for the feint-hearted!
#12 Paintball Benidorm, Benidorm
Activities: Paintball
Offering paintball in the heart of Benidorm, Paintball Benidorm is conveniently located for many holidaymakers to the region. The centre utilises a variety of spaces to create different scenarios, both urban and more natural. All equipment is provided.
Games are run for adults (age 14+), as well as separate dedicated sessions for children (aged 7-13), so whole families are able to take part.
#13 Megazona, Alicante
Activities: Paintball, Laser Tag
In the heart of Alicante city is Megazona, an indoor centre for shooting games. The indoor environment means that the centre is perfect for visiting as a rainy day activity. It also makes for exciting close-combat experiences.
As well as paintball that is better suited to older kids, the centre also offers a less painful alternative in laser tag, meaning that younger kids can also be sure to have a great time. All games are well supervised by friendly and helpful staff.
#14 Paintball Titanes, Alicante
Activities: Paintball
Set in a urban style setting just outside of Alicante, Paintball Titanes is a paintball centre equipped with a range of different game zones and obstacles.
Older children are sure to feel the excitement of any battle. Children aged from 8-13 are also able to join in during dedicated children’s paintball sessions. All good quality equipment is provided.
