While we may not be wrapping ourselves up warm and preparing for snow here in Spain’s sunny Costa Blanca, there are still plenty of opportunities to get into the Christmas spirit.
To help you find something happening near you, here we have put together a list of Christmas events for kids in Costa Blanca 2024. Meet Santa Christmas Events for Kids in Costa Blanca 2024
For children everywhere, no Christmas would be complete without a chance to meet ‘Santa Claus’ and to tell the big man what they want for Christmas. Let’s hope they’re not on the naughty list!

#1 La pizza cotta a legna di Claddagh, Cabo Roig

Known for their fabulous wood fired pizzas, Il Claddagh in Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa are hosting 2 afternoon events for kids this Christmas, on the 7th & 14th December.
As well as a chance to meet Santa, there will also be Christmas crafts and hot chocolate in a friendly, relaxed environment.
#2 Sea View Cafe, Spiaggia del Flamenco

Located in the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, Sea View Cafe are having their own Christmas party for kids on December 14th. Expect plenty of fun and games. Food and drink is inlcluded in the entry price.

One of our favourite indoor play centres in Costa Blanca south, Say Yes to Play always run a great event. Places for these Christmas afternoon events are bound to sell out quick, quindi non ritardare.

#4 Hillside Snooker & Bar, La Marina

Located in the urbanisation La Marina, Hillside Snooker & Bar are hosting their own Santa’s grotto for kids this Christmas at lunchtime on the 14th and 21st of December.
These great value events are definitely worth supporting as they are also helping to raise money for underpriveleged kids at the Elche Children’s Care Home.
#5 Ponte Ha'penny, Lomas de Cabo Roig

The Ha’penny Bridge in Lomas de Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa are really getting into the Christmas spirit this year with a whole series of events throughout December.
On the 14th and 21st December, they are creating a Santa’s magical trail for kids to enjoy. There should be enough activities to keep children entertained for hours!

#6 Eventi della fattoria fantastica, Calpe

Known for their engaging pony and ‘unicorn’ parties for children in Costa Blanca, Eventi della fattoria fantastica in Calpe are this year holding their own Christmas themed events over 6 days from the 18th-23rd December.
As well as meeting santa, kids can also have a ride on a pony ‘reindeer’.
#7 Punto d'incontro, San Michele di Salinas

Newly opened as a family-friendly bar in San Miguel de Salinas, IL Punto d'incontro (formerly known as the New Tavern) is hosting a Santa breakfast on December 21st. Breakfast and a gift from Santa is included in the price.
As well as a chance to meet Santa, the venue also has its own mini indoor sports pitch and dedicated kids area.

Located near to the seafront in Playa Flamenca is the ever-popular Darby’s bar and restaurant. This year Santa is visiting the bar with an afternoon full of Christmas games and entertainment.

We have visited the Breakfast with Santa event at CC’s bar in La Zenia in the past and found it to be a really lovely morning for kids. As well as enjoying a delicious breakfast, there is sure to be plenty more Christmas fun to be had with Santa Claus.

Nothing can be more Christmassy than a good old singalong to some Christmas carols.
As well as their Santa breakfast (Vedere #7 Sopra), this year the Punto d'incontro in San Miguel de Salinas are having a carol service with mince pies and mulled wine on December 19th. It should be fun for all the family.
There will also be a collection for the DANA appeal, helping the victims of the recent flooding in Valencia.
#17 Zenia Boulevard Christmas Parade, La Zenia

Returning once again this winter as the pinnacle of the Zenia Boulevard commercial centre celebrations is the Zenia Boulevard Christmas parade.
The parade departs from Calle Nicolás de Bussi at 5pm and arrives at Zenia Boulevard shopping centre around 50 minutes later – depending on traffic and local conditions.
Expect hundreds of colourful, costumed dancers and even an appearance by Santa Claus himself. It is sure to be an event not to be missed!
#18 Christmas Club, at Active in English, Torrevieja

Active in English is an English language school in Torrevieja. This year they are hosting a series of Christmas Club events during December and January based on the pantomine theme of Aladdin.
These should be great events for kids who are not native English speakers and are looking to improve their English vocabulary in a fun, Christmas environment.
#19 Christmas Photoshoot, at Pinar de Campoverde

If you are looking to create some special memories this Christmas, why not consider a Christmas mini photoshoot? These professional quality stylised photos would make great gifts or greetings cards for loved ones. There is access to a closet of knitted clothing for both adults and kids to help create the perfect Christmas look.
